Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer personal readings? Not by hand. The birth chart and the nine calculators in the Spellbook are automated and free to use, and they compute from your own birth details — but we do not write individual interpretations to order.
Why does your calculator disagree with another site? Usually because we compute where the other one looks up. Sign boundaries move by up to a day between years, and the Chinese animal year turns at the lunar new year rather than on 1 January. Both are common places to be handed the wrong answer confidently.
Do you store my birth details? No. Every calculation runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us, so there is no record of it to keep or to delete.
Can I write for you? Possibly. Send a short pitch and a writing sample by email.
How do I delete my data? Email us from the address in question and we will process the request within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
